1Introduction & Consent

Welcome to the 990x platform (https://990x.win). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 990x and its users ("Members"). By browsing our website, opening an account, or using any of our services, you fully agree to these Terms.

2Eligibility & Registration

To open an account and use our services on 990x, the following conditions must be met:

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You are opening this account for yourself, not on behalf of another person.

990x reserves the right to decline registration for any reason, particularly in cases of Terms violation.

3Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your 990x account. Follow the guidelines below to keep your account protected:

• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled.
• Always log in from a secure and personal device.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

The transaction rules on 990x are outlined below. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100. There is no maximum limit, though verification may be required for large deposits.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and approved cryptocurrencies.
• Deposits are returned via the same method used to make them.
• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn before being used in games — at least one bet must be placed.
• Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until KYC verification is complete.
• 990x reserves the right to hold transactions if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

5Bonuses & Promotions

To enjoy bonuses and promotional offers on 990x, the following conditions must be followed:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on the bonus page.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the specified conditions have been met.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• 990x reserves the right to cancel bonuses and investigate accounts if bonus abuse is suspected.
• Cashback bonuses apply to net losses only and are issued once per week.

6Gaming Rules

All games on 990x are operated by certified third-party game providers. The following rules apply when playing:

• Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed once the game has loaded.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, 990x will determine the outcome based on the last valid game state.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Results will not be changed except in the case of a technical issue.
• In Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded.
• Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to support within 24 hours.
• All games use certified RNG to ensure fairness.

7Prohibited Activities

9Account Closure & Suspension

990x may suspend or permanently close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• If any part of the terms and conditions is violated.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• By court order or government directive.

A notice is generally sent by email before an account is closed, though immediate closure may apply in cases of serious violations.

10Limitation of Liability

990x is not responsible for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to internet connectivity issues.
• If there is a server issue on the part of a third-party game provider.
• If service is disrupted due to a natural disaster or unforeseen circumstances.
• If loss occurs due to a problem with your device or connection.
• If an account is hacked or information is stolen due to the member's own negligence.

However, if a technical error is demonstrably caused by 990x, we will arrange appropriate compensation or a refund.
